Shallow Water/3D Hybrid Modeling

FLOW-3D HYDRO has the unique ability to perform fully coupled shallow water and 3D simulation, allowing for high resolution 3D simulation within a larger shallow water domain. In this webinar we will review the capabilities of FLOW-3D HYDRO for simulating depth averaged shallow water models along with coupled 2D/3D models. This will include a review of the fundamental model capabilities of the shallow water model, coupling with the 3-D model, a detailed setup example and discussion of best practices.
