Email requests will be responded to within 24 hours during the business week. Phone support hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Mountain Time, Monday-Friday, except for holidays. To access our technical team, your license needs to be under an active maintenance contract.

We’ve heard from many of you that traveling to Santa Fe for training can be expensive or takes too much time from work, so we’re updating our training program to a video-based system that will let you learn our products on-demand, from anywhere in the world. We’ll be rolling this out over the next several months, starting with FLOW-3D CAST in December 2018 and following with Introductory and Water & Environmental training courses with FLOW-3D in early in 2019.
