Technical Webinar Series
Our series of monthly technical webinars will provide in-depth training in FLOW-3D HYDRO for current CFD practitioners, while also offering detailed insights into how CFD modeling is used and why it is increasingly relied upon in the fields of civil and environmental engineering.
Free surface modeling with FLOW-3D HYDRO
March 11 | 1:00pm ET/10:00am PT
In this first webinar of our technical series, we will review the setup of basic free surface flow simulations in FLOW-3D HYDRO. We will start with critical concepts important to any FLOW-3D simulation, and then walk through the entire setup process using FLOW-3D HYDRO setup templates and other basic setup features including geometry definition, meshing, boundary, and initial conditions. After completing the setup we will go over simple visualization options to review simulation output.
