The focus of the classes range from industry-specific focus on metal casting or water & environmental simulations to our Introductory FLOW-3D training, where the coursework is designed to cover the wide range of physical modeling solutions. All classes are focused on giving attendees a solid understanding of FLOW-3D, as well as hands-on experience with problem solving using relevant project cases.
At the conclusion of training class, students will be able to set up and run simulations using either FLOW-3D or FLOW-3D Cast.
Existing and new users, as well as those interested in evaluating the software, are invited to attend. Class size is limited to eight students so that individual attention can be given to each trainee’s modeling interests. For more information about attending training, please contact us.

2½-day Class Fee: $1,500 USD (covered by training credits)
In addition, we offer a ½-day of one-on-one consulting for an additional fee on the afternoon of the third day.
Optional ½-day of Consulting Fee: $500 USD (NOT covered by training credits)
*New Mexico gross receipts tax of 8.3125% will be applied to all fees.

Class Descriptions & Schedules
The FLOW-3D Introductory Training Class is a 2 ½ day course that is designed to provide an understanding of FLOW-3D for a wide range of applications. At the end of the course a new user will be fully functional in FLOW-3D, being able to define, run, and analyze problems without external help. Download Schedule >
The FLOW-3D Cast Training Class is primarily a hands-on class. Attendees will be asked to send us a simple sample simulation along with all pertaining properties including material properties and process parameters. Download Schedule >
Water and Environmental
The Water and Environmental Training Class consists of 2 and 1/2 days of application-specific lectures and hands-on work. The intent of this format is to reinforce the lectures with exercises that demonstrate the application of FLOW-3D to real-world simulations. Download Schedule >
