We will meet with you online to demonstrate how the part was set up, what metal flow looks like inside your mold, and how your part solidifies. High Pressure Die Casting
Simulate your high pressure die casting for $2,999!
We will simulate one iteration of your high pressure die casting including die cycling, filling with shot sleeve and solidification (based on approval of CAD material input and data). The results will be provided in a presentation including a 1 hour online meeting to review the results.
Data to be provided:
- CAD geometry of cast volume: Biscuit, runner, casting, overflows (STEP or STL format)
- Die dimension or geometry, type
- Metal alloy composition, type
- Shot sleeve and plunger dimension or geometry
- Cooling channel volume geometry
- Vacuum or vent information
- Die cycling sequence and time interval
- Thermal, intensification and other special process conditions as needed
Deliverables:
- Presentation with animations and images showing results of one die cycling, filling and solidification iteration
- A one hour online meeting to review results, setup and simulation hardware

Sand Casting
Simulate your sand casting for $1499!
We will simulate one iteration of your sand casting including filling and solidification (based on approval of CAD material input and data). The results will be provided in a presentation including a 1 hour online meeting to review the results.

- CAD geometry of casting rigging (STEP or STL format)
- Mold dimension or geometry, type
- Filters, chills, sleeves, vents, binder cores if present
- Metal alloy composition, type
- Thermal and foundry process data

- A one hour online meeting to review results, setup and simulation hardware
