FLOW-3D European Users Conference 2019 Speakers Announced

SANTA FE, NM, May 7, 2019 — Flow Science, Inc. has announced the speakers for its FLOW-3D European Users Conference 2019, being held on June 3-5 at the Diana Sheraton Majestic in Milan, Italy. The conference will be co-hosted by XC Engineering, the official distributor of FLOW-3D products in Italy and France.

Users from the commercial and academic sectors will present original, innovative work featuring applications of FLOW-3D or FLOW-3D CAST in the fields of water & environmental engineering, automotive and aerospace design, biotechnology, additive manufacturing, and more. Topics include design optimization of a storm surge barrier; air valve effectiveness in a potable water pipeline; thermal management of internal combustion engines; analysis of aluminum casting design for automotive lightweighting; cryogenic tank sloshing; and microfluidic flow-cell design. The diverse lineup of presenters includes speakers from FCA, Roche Diagnostics GmbH, Federal Mogul Nuremberg GmbH, A Tenneco Group Company, ArianeGroup GmbH, Plastic Omnium, Arcadis, Mott MacDonald, and Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg. This year’s conference offers two tracks: Water & Environmental, and Metal Casting. Advanced training in Workflow Automation and Optimization will take place on Monday, June 3.
