We develop CFD software that lets our customers solve the world’s toughest CFD problems, involving free surface flows, turbulence, heat transfer and fluid-structure-interaction. We are looking for an intern to join our development team in the R&D department to work with our flagship software FLOW-3D in a high performance computing environment.
As a summer intern, you will work with a team of highly-skilled and experienced CFD Developers with a wide range of industrial experience. You will be exposed to advanced numerical methods and techniques, the latest advances in high performance computing, and Santa Fe’s beautiful high-mountain desert landscape.
Our ideal candidate is a graduate student in Civil, Mechanical, Aerospace, or Chemical Engineering, graduating in December of 2019 or May of 2020. We are looking for candidates with experience in Fortran 90, OpenMP, MPI, Intel® VtuneTM Amplifier, Arm MAP, and OpenSpeed|Shop. In addition to a strong engineering skillset, we are looking for a bright, motivated individual with exceptional communication and presentation skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as a part of a team.
