Conference Proceedings

The FLOW-3D European Users Conference was a highly valuable experience, both technically and in terms of networking. I had the opportunity to engage with many CFD engineers and researchers working on similar projects, which provided fresh perspectives and potential avenues for collaboration.

I wanted to say congratulations on a wonderfully organised conference! It was a valuable experience that provided insights into the various software applications in my field. I picked up some handy tips and tricks, and it was also a fantastic opportunity to network and learn what others are working on. Understanding the new FLOW-3D HYDRO 2025R1 improvements and hearing about upcoming developments was especially helpful. Overall, the conference was both informative and inspiring — looking forward to the next one!

I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed the conference last week and how nice it was to meet you and your colleagues from Flow Science. The conference was excellently organised, and we attendees were very well taken care of. It was fascinating for me to get a flavour of the broad range of areas to which the software can be applied, and has been very useful in helping me to get started with it. Many thanks!

Thank you for organizing yet another stimulating FLOW-3D Users Conference that provides the perfect setting for learning about ongoing free surface flow simulations from topics ranging from drop formation in inkjet printing to tsunami waves, from casting with molten metals to additive manufacturing, from dam breaking and design of embankments to stratified flows in oceans. 

I wanted to extend my appreciation to you for having organized an amazing conference. It was a good chance for me to see how the program is used in applications outside of my field of study and meet some very inspiring people. I also picked up a number of tricks with FLOW-3D that I will surely use in the future.
