Research Licenses for FLOW-3D AM

Our FLOW-3D AM software is used around the world for cutting edge research of additive manufacturing and laser welding processes. To successfully model these complex applications often requires hands-on user training and technical support from our team, which is why we do not offer a free, unsupported license for these products.

If you are interested in using FLOW-3D AM or one of its components, FLOW-3D WELD or FLOW-3D DEM, in your academic research, we encourage you to contact our sales team. You can also submit a Research license application, and a CFD engineer will be in touch with you to discuss your application and provide details about our licensing and technical support options. If you have any questions, please email academic@flow3d.com.
