Leasing and Purchasing FLOW-3D
Flow Science offers FLOW-3D under flexible licensing arrangements. Users can either purchase or lease licenses.

Commercial

Academic

- Lease an annual license (with or without maintenance)
- Lease or purchase a limited, academic version*
*This special version has all the physical models of the standard version but limits simulations to 200,000 or less computational cells.
The following applies to all licenses, leased or purchased:
- Maintenance (technical support and software upgrades/updates) are included (except where an academic acquires an unsupported license).
- Free training in Santa Fe for up to two persons (except for short-term commercial licenses and academic licenses).
- License files network-available unless a node-locked license is requested.
- All license files include virtually unlimited tokens for the pre-processor and post-processor (meaning that multiple instances of FLOW-3D can be open to work on projects at various stages, even if the user is licensed for only one simulation).
Additional solver tokens for simultaneous simulations may be acquired at very reasonable prices.
Flow Science offers parallel computing options for a reasonable upgrade cost.
- Shared memory parallel, implemented using OpenMP protocols
- Distributed memory computing, for cluster execution
