FLOW-3D User Conferences
User Meetings Held in Germany and Korea
Users from around Europe gathered in Tübingen, a traditional university town in Baden-Württemberg, Germany, on May 12th to share experiences in using FLOW-3D in real-world problems. The meeting was hosted by Flow Science’s distributor of FLOW-3D in Germany, CFD Consultants GmbH.
Flow Science’s Vice President of Research & Development, Dr. Michael Barkhudarov, presented the highlights of Flow Science’s upcoming release version 9.4 of FLOW-3D and previewed upcoming developments. Users from both industry and academia gave instructive talks on their work with FLOW-3D. A DVD containing all presentations is available upon request.

A meeting for existing and prospective users interested in the application of FLOW-3D to civil hydraulics problems was held in Seoul, Korea, on June 12th, hosted by Flow Science’s representative, STI Korea. Nearly eighty engineers were in attendance to hear talks by users, STI Korea and Flow Science. Copies of the talks (in Korean only) can be obtained from STI Korea or Flow Science upon request.
