Recap of the 2009 FLOW-3D World Users Conference
On September 16-18, 2009, users from around the world gathered in Seattle, Washington, USA to listen to and give presentations about their work using FLOW-3D, attend training sessions and network with other FLOW-3D users. We hope that all who attended had a good and educational time and look forward to our next conference.

Hydraulics Seminars Held Throughout China

Flow Science and its China subsidiary, FLOW-3D Trading Co (Shanghai) Ltd held seminars on civil hydraulics applications for FLOW-3D in several cities throughout China this autumn. On the left is a photo from the first seminar in Beijing.

2009 FLOW-3D Users Conference in Tokyo

The FLOW-3D Users Conference in Tokyo was held on October 30th at the Tokyo International Forum. Over seventy people were in attendance to hear presentations on modeling of casting, thermosetting resins, die-slide extrusion and wave impacts in coastal regions. Flow Science updated its Japanese users on the recently-released Version 9.4, as well as on the direction of developments for FLOW-3D.
