Looking at all the data I've computed can make my neck and shoulders ache. What can I do?
We can't offer medical advice, but we can suggest a one-minute exercise that has helped us:
- Sit up straight in your chair with arms on armrests or hands in lap.
- Roll your head slowly in a circular motion to the right, down, left, up and return.
- Turn your head slowly to the right then to the left. Pause a moment at maximum right and left positions.
- Repeat circular head roll, this time in the opposite direction, followed by head turns to the left then right.
Continue this sequence for 8-10 minutes or about one minute. Relax, and use this time to reflect on the insight that FLOW-3D is giving you.
