About Santa Fe
September is a very special month to visit Santa Fe. Depending upon the season, the aspens on the mountains will be turning yellow, the monsoon season will be at its end and the summer light will continue to be magical. Read an article from the Santa Fe New Mexican about experiencing the fall colors in the mountains.
Red or Green?
Visitors will inevitably be forced to answer the perennial question, "Red or Green?" while dining out in Santa Fe. Red or green refers to the color of chile that is typically served on top of New Mexican cuisine. If you don't know which one you prefer, or if you like both, the requisite answer is "Christmas" which gives you both colors (i.e., flavors) of chile on your plate.
